Do not add too much snow or you will ruin the flavor,
and make sure your bowl and utensils are cold.
Always be sure to use clean snow!

1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbl. cocoa (optional)

Mix in snow until it is the consistancy ice cream.

Recipe #2

Mix well in a large bowl:

1 C. powered sugar
1 C. whipping cream
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Stir in enough snow to make smooth consistancy.
Add miniature chocolate chips if desired.
