Dear Ladies...

Welcome to the Homemaker's Corner!

First of all, I would like to thank all of you who take the time to read this web site, especially since I realize that some of the articles are rather long. It is a blessing to me if anyone can be helped by what the Lord has taught me and laid on my heart.

I want to say several things though:

First, where anything included on this site does not agree with "what the Bible means to you," you need to ask God with an open heart to show you the truth. Then, study His word (KJV).  If you have a husband or father who is wise in the truth, you may wish to ask his views as well. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Secondly,  where anything on this page is not in agreement with the scripture (KJV), you must totally disregard it and go with the Bible! What I write or put here has no use if it does not agree with God's word. Romans 3:4 ...yea, let God be true, but every man a liar...

Lastly, where anything on this page agrees with the King James Bible, it is for your edification and that you might teach other women also. 2 Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. We are not to be selfish as Christians. When something has blessed and strengthened you, you will be more blessed if you pass it on to someone else that they might be built up too. Romans 14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. Acts 20:35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Because Jesus Christ loves you,

P.S. I am happy and blessed to say that on Oct. 28, 2008, my beloved, Peter Stephens, and I were joined in marriage before God and a small group of family and friends. Hence the change of name! :-)
